This course will teach employees how to log in to and use the 911 Tech platform, while also providing a refresher for users who are returning to the system after a period of time.

Greg Glickauf is a retired Law Enforcement Commander from suburban Chicago and the CEO of 911 Tech Inc. With a distinguished career spanning leadership roles in training, investigations, and patrol operations, Greg has dedicated his expertise to advancing law enforcement through innovative technology and education. He is the developer of transformative software solutions, including 911 Tech, COPFTO, and FTOAcademy, designed to improve operational efficiency and elevate training standards in police departments nationwide.
Greg earned a Master of Arts in Law Enforcement and Justice Administration from Western Illinois University in Macomb, Illinois, in 2011. His extensive background includes serving as President of his department’s Patrol and Sergeants Unions, overseeing training and investigations as a Sergeant, and leading as a Patrol Commander. As an Adjunct Professor at Roosevelt University, he shared his knowledge with future leaders in criminal justice.
By leveraging his deep experience in law enforcement operations and technology, Greg continues to develop cutting-edge software and training courses, empowering agencies to meet the evolving demands of modern policing.
